As a Content Moderator, you will be tasked with reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it complies with our community standards, specifically for our Danish-speaking audience.

• Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Danish to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Accurately classify and assess content based on established policies.
• Identify and report inappropriate content or violations to the relevant teams.
• Provide insights into content trends and user behavior to support moderation strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance content moderation practices and efficiencies.
• Stay up-to-date with company policies related to content moderation and community engagement.

• Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently apply guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey moderation decisions.
• Ability to handle sensitive content with professionalism and tact.
