Key Responsibilities

• Moderate and evaluate user-generated content in Danish to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
• Accurately classify and assess content based on established moderation policies.
• Identify, report, and address inappropriate content or guideline violations.
• Provide insights on content trends and user interactions to improve moderation effectiveness.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance moderation processes and policies.
• Stay updated on company policies related to content moderation and community engagement.

• Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in content moderation or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently apply guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills for articulating moderation decisions effectively.
• Ability to manage sensitive content with professionalism and discretion.
• Familiarity with online platforms and content moderation tools is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia and adapt to a new cultural context.
