Responsibilities

Investigate and review online activities to identify potential safety threats
Actively manage and respond to client inquiries regarding safety and security issues
Collaborate with internal teams to formulate and enhance trust and safety protocols
Educate clients on digital safety best practices and offer support as needed
Track and analyze safety trends to inform ongoing improvements
Keep abreast of developments in digital trust and safety
Provide training sessions for staff and clients to promote safety awareness

Requirements

Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken
Experience in digital safety, cybersecurity, or a similar relevant field
Strong analytical skills and the ability to mitigate risks effectively
Excellent communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complex topics
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
Familiarity with trust and safety tools is advantageous
