Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Danish Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Analyst to join our growing team in Sofia, Bulgaria. • Monitor user-generated content and platform activity to detect potential safety issues or violations.
• Investigate reported safety incidents using analytical methods to determine appropriate responses.
• Collaborate with technical, legal, and safety teams to develop robust policies and enforce community guidelines.
• Prepare detailed reports and updates for stakeholders based on findings and trends.
• Stay updated on digital safety trends, emerging risks, and best practices to proactively enhance platform security.
• Engage with users and internal teams to raise awareness and educate on digital safety protocols.

• Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is essential; strong English skills are advantageous.
• Previous experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with team members and users.
• Highly detail-oriented and proactive in identifying and addressing safety concerns.
• Familiarity with digital content management systems and moderation tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia with the support of a fully paid relocation package.
