Data Business Partner, Trust and Safety

About the team

The T&S Evaluation and Investigation team, working closely with the Search team, taking the evaluation standards as the baseline and principles, and manually evaluating the search query and corresponding search results page to reflect the real user experience of the search function.

It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.

This may occur in the form of images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.

Responsiblilities

• Responsible for data monitoring and business indicator construction of ADSO. Able to establish daily data tracking and monitoring systems/mechanisms based on a deep understanding of the business.E.g. Optimise operation metrics framework, build and optimize the operations data dashboard
• Be able to analyse form multi-layer data latitude, have a keen insight into business gaps, identify problems in a timely manner, understand the core reasons for business data change trends and land on implementable specific solutions
• Work closely with XFN, responsible for the overall project process, develops and optimises relevant standards and project SOPs; take the initiative to identify problems and drive for problem-solving;
• Provide data analysis reports and business insights to verify the effectiveness of operation strategies and ADSO operational efficiency, identify the risks and improvement opportunities, and optimize operations through business data;
• Provide data analysis/business analysis support for ADSO projects and request

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably with a statistics or science background;
• At least 1 year or above working experience in data analysis or business analysis
• Proficient in SQL and BI software, experience in building dashboards is preferred;

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of search engine and machine learning, familiarity with social media platforms, and experience in search business is preferred;
• Data sensitive, clear logic, strong business understanding and good communication skills, able to get business insights from data, independently complete data analysis reports and output optimisation solutions;
• Strong learning ability and stress resistance, a strong sense of responsibility;
