Data Integrity - Senior Associate - ISGM

The Data Integrity Team (DIG) as part of IDG continuously strives to keep the client contact (individual), client (company) and employee coverage database correct and up-to-date. They assist with data maintenance, cleansing, mining, pooling and mapping efforts. Researching corporate actions and taking necessary steps to realign firm systems / reports after co-ordinating with sales / business divisions, IT teams and Operations Managing workflow tools, data integrity reports, CRM requests, user queries, etc Keeping contact database updated with contact moves, departures, mass address & telecom changes, etc Validating and setting up clients in Firm's customer relationship management (CRM) systems Interaction / follow-up with MS sales representatives Composing & sending apt and properly worded communiqué requesting information, reporting errors & problems, responding to queries, etc Cleanup of Closed and Off-boarded clients 2-4 years experience - Graduate (BCOM/BMS) Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, etc Excellent written and spoken English Attention to detail, quality and accuracy Good analytical skills Team player Good Communication skills Experience in Client Reference Data Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
