Role Overview
The Dating & Livestreaming Community Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining a positive, safe, and engaging community environment. You will manage user operations, help enforce platform standards, support member success, and recruit U.S.-based livestream talent to host and grow our creator ecosystem.

This role requires a strong understanding of digital consumer culture, modern dating platforms, live creator environments, and member-focused community management.

You will work closely with product, support, and leadership teams to ensure smooth community operations and a premium user experience.

Key Responsibilities
1. Dating Community Operations & Member Support
Oversee in-app community health, engagement, and retention
Moderate member behavior and uphold community standards
Manage trust & safety escalations and support safe user experience
Provide timely and empathetic member support and guidance
Monitor community sentiment and report insights to HQ

2. Creator & Livestream Recruitment
Identify and recruit livestream creators/hosts in the U.S. market
Manage outreach pipelines across social channels, creator groups, and events
Support onboarding, training, and creator activation
Build strong relationships and ensure creator success and compliance

3. Platform Quality & Experience
Act as a key liaison between U.S. members and HQ
Gather community/product feedback and drive improvements
Ensure compliance with platform, safety, and content policies
Assist in community programs, platform engagement initiatives, and events

4. Data & Performance Tracking
Track creator engagement, member experience, and platform health metrics
Generate weekly reports and insights to guide strategy
Recommend best practices for community growth and retention

Requirements
1.Experience
2–4 years in community management, user operations, trust & safety, or creator relations
Experience in dating / social apps / livestream or creator ecosystems preferred

2.Skills
Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
Strong operational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities
Able to work autonomously in a fast-moving startup environment
Comfortable handling sensitive content and high-touch member discussions

3.Other
Must be based in the United States
Remote-work capability with reliable connectivity

4.Nice to Have
Experience recruiting or managing livestream creators
Familiarity with dating or relationship-focused platforms
Understanding of online safety, verification, or fraud prevention
Experience with membership-based or consumer lifestyle platforms
