You'll gain hands-on experience in a variety of critical data privacy and internet regulations functions, working closely with senior team members to deliver impactful solutions through premium advisory services, operating model transformation and delivery, and large-scale operate offerings.
•    Conduct Privacy Assessments: Perform data protection assessments and gap analyses, ensuring robust controls across the personal data lifecycle.
•    Design Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) Frameworks: Contribute to the creation and operationalisation of customised privacy policies and frameworks that meet client needs, including related frameworks for trustworthy technology across large Technology, Media and Telecommunications (TMT) clients. This will include supporting the setup of specific second line of defence functions such as Trust & Safety.
•    Regulatory Decompositions: Analysing and getting thorough understanding of data privacy and internet regulations that could impact the strategic direction of our clients.
•    Develop Training Programs: Assist in the design and delivery of tailored training and awareness programs to empower clients in data privacy and trustworthy technology best practices.
•    Manage Compliance: Supporting clients with specific regulatory compliance obligations including maintenance of records of processing, completion of Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), ensuring end-to-end data retention compliance, systemic risk assessments, transparency reporting, and regulatory readiness assessments.

About You
