Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and influence state and federal legislation related to:
• Artificial Intelligence
• Data privacy
• Online safety
• Emerging technology policy
• Provide strategic analysis and recommendations regarding evolving technology and AI regulatory developments.
• Translate complex technical and policy issues into compelling narratives for policymakers and internal leaders.
• Support federal government affairs initiatives, policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, and international policy projects.
• Partner closely with legal, policy, communications, product, and trust & safety teams to align advocacy and compliance strategies.

Ideal Background

We are seeking candidates who bring:

• 10+ years of experience in government affairs, public policy, and lobbying.
• A proven record of influencing legislative or regulatory outcomes at the state level.
• Experience within technology, digital platforms, AI, internet policy, cybersecurity, privacy, or other regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of U.S. political and regulatory processes.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to brief senior executives on complex policy developments.
• Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to navigate sensitive and high-profile issues.
