Director of Product Management - Shape the Foundations of a New Global Network

Location: Dallas, TX (100% On-Site)

Are you ready to solve one of the biggest problems around trust?

The internet was built without a native trust layer. This fundamental gap creates friction, duplicates effort, and hinders innovation. At Noetic, we’re not just iterating; we're building something entirely new – a trusted global network where identity is woven into the very fabric of technology, finally moving trust from the application layer to the network layer.

Backed by significant funding and guided by leaders with a track record of building category-defining companies, Noetic is poised to fundamentally change how the world connects and interacts online. We're looking for a brilliant Director of Product Management to be a foundational part of this journey, working shoulder-to-shoulder with product and engineering leaders.

The Director of Product Management will lead product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional alignment for Noetic’s category-defining trust infrastructure platform. This leader will drive the evolution of the Continuous Universal Trust™ (CUT™) framework, shape SDK and API experiences, and partner deeply with Engineering, Policy, and Go-To-Market teams. The Director will operate at the intersection of cybersecurity, distributed systems, identity, and large-scale SaaS, helping architect the trust layer for the future internet.

Key Responsibilities:
Own product strategy, vision, and multi‑year roadmap for Noetic’s trust infrastructure platform.
Translate the CUT™ framework into intuitive, scalable developer products (SDKs, APIs, enforcement hooks).
Lead product discovery, competitive intelligence, and ecosystem mapping for identity, trust, and safety markets.
Drive cross-functional alignment across Engineering, Architecture, Policy, Customer Success, and GTM.
Define product requirements, user stories, and success metrics for complex, cloud-native and edge-based systems.
Partner with engineering leadership to prioritize development cycles and deliver high‑impact releases.
Support enterprise and platform POC deployments, working closely with initial lighthouse customers.
Develop monetization strategies for platform capabilities and new product lines.
Represent product priorities in executive forums, board conversations, and strategic customer engagements.
Establish product processes, rituals, and standards for a scaling organization.

Required Qualifications:
10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in product leadership roles.
Background in cybersecurity, identity, network security, developer platforms, or large-scale SaaS.
Experience leading technical product portfolios involving distributed systems or cloud-native architectures.
Strong fluency in modern product discovery frameworks, customer research, and data-driven decision-making.
Proven success launching enterprise or platform products used by developers, architects, and engineering teams.
Ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and strategic priorities.
Exceptional communication skills—able to influence at executive level and inspire cross-functional teams.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or technical graduate degree a plus.

You Are a Great Fit If You Have:
Experience in identity, zero trust, network protocols, or trust & safety systems.
Background working with large-scale distributed systems, SDK platforms, cloud infrastructure, or edge agents.
Ability to work as a systems thinker, connecting architecture, user behavior, compliance, and trust requirements.
A track record of building 0→1 products or scaling early-stage product teams.
Passion for re‑architecting the trust layer of the internet and solving foundational security challenges.

Work Environment:
Location: Dallas, TX

You will work on-site in close collaboration with Noetic’s founders, engineering leaders, and early design partners to help define one of the most important emerging layers of the modern internet.
