Director
Who we are:
Our mission is to make the internet safer and more enjoyable for everyone. We combine state of the art AI technology and human judgment for best in class content detection, harm mitigation and safety monitoring. We are a VC-backed startup, founded by senior Google, Youtube, TikTok and Reddit executives, working with some of the world’s largest online platforms, and fast-moving startups. If you are looking for an opportunity to apply AI technology to real-world business use cases at a significant scale, and an opportunity to shape the future of how we can safely enjoy user generated online content, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll do:
You will be the PM leader who turns strategy into a roadmap, shepherds new SKUs from concept to GA, and scales product practice across service and eventually SaaS product lines.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and refine the product roadmap to scale ARR growth working closely with sales to review customer opportunities, refine the ICP, and make adjustments based on feedback.

Launch co-managed platform console and continue to evolve existing user interface to support customer acquisition.

Partner with Engineering to ship reviewer console, QA-routing, and model feedback mechanisms and features. This may include defining and running experiments to validate approaches.

Refine pricing, define success metrics, and identify quarterly targets; track gross-margin lift.

Lead and mentor a small team including design and technical program managers; build cross-functional execution rhythm.

Minimum Qualifications
Have 7+ years in product leadership with AI/ML or data-platform products.

Track record of excellence or success having shipped SaaS platform/tools and a bonus if they included any complementary service offerings.

Demonstrated usage of metrics and data to drive product direction – set north-star metrics, build lightweight dashboards, and use numbers to kill or double-down on bets without waiting for a board meeting.

You might be a fit if:

Scale-up instincts – you’ve taken at least one zero-to-$20 M product through messy PMF, wearing strategy, discovery, and release-manager hats along the way.

Hands-on leadership – comfortable running sprint backlog one hour, pitching roadmap to investors the next; your default is “grab the doc, not delegate the doc.”

AI/ML fluency – you can explain key AI concepts to a salesperson, interrogate model metrics with an engineer, and turn both into customer-ready value props. Understand labeling, RLHF / evaluation loops, and compliance needs (GDPR, EU AI Act, SR 11-7).

Enterprise empathy – have sold or integrated with mid-market or regulated customers; understand security reviews, DPAs, and why CSV ingest sometimes beats real-time APIs and can design low-friction experiences for customers with lean engineering teams.

Bias for shipping – iterate in quarters and sprints, not years; believe v1 in prod beats v3 in slides.
