Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess content posted by users in Dutch or Flemish, ensuring it meets community guidelines.
Identify inappropriate or harmful content and take prompt action to mitigate risks.
Engage with the community by responding to user inquiries and providing assistance in a friendly manner.
Document moderation decisions and prepare reports on user interactions and content trends.
Work collaboratively with the moderation team to improve processes and share best practices.
Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in social media moderation.
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch or Flemish, and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Experience in content moderation, community management, or a similar field is preferred.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for effective content assessment.
Excellent communication skills to foster positive interactions with users.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Open-mindedness and cultural sensitivity when interacting with a diverse community.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content moderation tools is a plus.
Willingness to adapt to the scheduling and demands of the community.
