Responsibilities

As an Email Support Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for answering customer’s questions and helping them to quickly resolve issues.

Assist customers via email, answering their questions and helping them to quickly resolve issues
Regularly aim to improve the quality of customer interactions
Be a team player; have fun and work with a team to hit client targets
Perform other tasks as required by the client
