Responsibilities:
Review, monitor, and evaluate user-generated content across various platforms, including text, images, and videos.
Enforce community guidelines and policies regarding acceptable content, identifying and removing content that violates these standards (e.g., harmful, offensive, or illegal content).
Maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency while moderating content, ensuring quick and efficient responses.
Report any issues or trends related to content violations and assist in resolving complex cases.
Keep accurate records of moderation actions and maintain documentation on handled cases.
Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree holder
Prior work experience on Social Media platforms, or as a Content Moderator/Reviewer is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Good proficiency in English is a must, minimum B1 level.
Awareness of current affairs and events in the respective markets/countries.
High on teamwork and engagement, mature & has the analytical thinking.
Wiling to work in rotational 24/7 shifting schedule.
Willing to work onsite in Surakarta
