Role Description
This is an on-site contract role for a Content Moderator located in Yogyakarta. The Content Moderator will be responsible for reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it meets community guidelines. Daily tasks include analyzing content, providing customer support, and ensuring the platform stays safe and user-friendly. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills to effectively manage and resolve issues.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply) with min. GPA 2.75.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Active English B2 level).
Strong problem-solving skills in ambiguity and multi-task capabilities.
Flexible for shifting schedule and changes along with it.
Willing to be relocated and to work in our YOGYAKARTA site.
Able to handle high volumes during promotions and peak seasons.
