Scale AI is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Trust and Safety Specialist to join our India team. If you’re passionate about solving complex challenges, analyzing data for impactful decisions, and ensuring the integrity of global AI systems, this role is for you.
In this position, you’ll handle high-priority investigations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and play a key role in building safe, compliant, and scalable operations across the organization.
What You’ll Do
Manage and resolve complex, high-impact cases involving fraud, scams, privacy, compliance, and emerging risk trends.
Conduct deep risk assessments and investigations using internal tools, product signals, and third-party data sources.
Use SQL and advanced data analysis to identify patterns, detect anomalies, and inform strategic safety decisions.
Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Policy teams to design operational workflows, automation systems, and decision frameworks.
Translate case insights into actionable feedback to strengthen global trust and safety operations.
Develop and maintain playbooks, SOPs, macros, and internal knowledge repositories.
Monitor operational performance through case quality reviews, SLA tracking, and user satisfaction metrics.
Lead or contribute to global initiatives that improve safety, scalability, and efficiency.
Provide training and guidance to vendor teams to maintain consistency, accuracy, and excellence in execution.


What We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Fraud Prevention, Scam or Risk Operations, Compliance, or related areas.
Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
Proven ability to apply technology and data-driven strategies to strengthen operational impact.
Deep understanding of global privacy, regulatory, and risk management frameworks.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a high degree of empathy and judgment.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-autonomy environments while managing multiple priorities.
