The Role
We’re hiring a Fraud Operations Analyst to help protect Fanvue’s platform, creators, and revenue as we scale. Today, much of our fraud prevention work is reactive, which leaves the business exposed and limits our ability to improve systems, processes, and outcomes over time.

This role exists to change that. You’ll play a critical part in moving Fanvue from reactive fraud response to proactive detection and prevention, while maintaining high-quality investigations and contributing to better tooling and processes across the business. This is an entry-level role with meaningful responsibility and a clear path for growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Investigate user activity and fraud cases from internal queues and referrals across the business

  • Consistently complete a high volume of investigations each week with strong quality scores

  • Identify patterns, trends, and potential rings of fraudulent behaviour

  • Make clear, confident decisions on cases and stand by them

  • Review and QA peer investigations, providing constructive feedback

  • Collaborate with other teams to improve fraud detection processes and escalation flows

  • Contribute to projects such as testing new rules, documenting processes, and improving tooling

  • Help shift the team from reactive investigations toward proactive fraud prevention

Who You Are

  • Highly detail-oriented while still able to work quickly and efficiently

  • Comfortable making decisions under time pressure and taking accountability for them

  • Able to stay focused and motivated on repetitive or high-volume work

  • Naturally curious and inquisitive, with a desire to understand the “why” behind behaviour

  • Reliable, organised, and consistent in your output

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities

Experience-wise, you might come from:

  • A fast-paced role requiring frequent decision-making or problem-solving (for example operations, service, or supervisory roles), or

  • A role involving repetitive work with a high bar for accuracy and attention to detail (for example legal, compliance, or administrative work)
