Your mission

Within our Trust & Safety team, ​you will participate in payment and verification processes. Some of the ​tasks will include:

• Payment Disputes, you will learn about our operations and how to manage specific situations.
• Learn about the daily operations in the team, our business, and how we keep it all safe.
• Handle Trust and Safety cases related to Spotahome Guarantee - claims handling.
• Support Landlords & Tenants on payment processes including collection activities.
