Job Overview:

Evaluate and guide Generative AI outputs and help shape safer, smarter AI systems

We are looking for GenAI Content Experts who will join us in our state-of-the-art working environment in Greece, after relocating to Athens.

In this role, you will evaluate and guide Generative AI outputs to ensure policy compliance, safety, and high‑quality user experiences—while working in a supportive Trust & Safety environment.

Note: This position is not a remote/work-from-home position. Our teams are based in our state-of-the-art offices in Athens, Greece (Moschato).

What You’ll Do

Review, classify, and develop creative Prompts GenAI systems using client tools and guidelines.
Input high‑quality data and feedback to improve training, tuning, and evaluation.
Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team.

What You’ll Bring

Slovak at excellent level (C1+) and solid English (B2+).
1–2 years’ experience in content safety/moderation or customer support; GenAI familiarity is a plus.
Critical thinking, objective decision‑making, excellent written communication, and cultural awareness.
Solid team, and collaboration skills, work independently with limited supervision
Attention to detail and ability to distinguish self-beliefs from moderated content and policies
Be positive and proactive and have a desire for applying continuous improvement processes
