• Review content on the platform with accuracy and care, ensuring it meets community guidelines and quality standards
• Monitor and evaluate listings to ensure policy, legal, and safety compliance
• Apply rational decision-making backed by your understanding of the local market
• Adapt to policy updates, schedule shifts, and new procedures
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues through proper internal channels
• Stay up-to-date with the latest in e-commerce trends and standards
• Help maintain a trustworthy and engaging shopping experience for users worldwide

• German: C2 level (native-like fluency)
• English: B2 level (comfortable communication)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong content moderation skills and logical thinking
