Key Responsibilities
- Monitor online activity to identify and assess potential security risks and violations.
- Respond to reports from users regarding inappropriate content and behavior in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with German-speaking users to gather information and provide support.
- Develop and implement trust and safety policies and procedures to enhance platform security.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze trends and develop proactive measures against online threats.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve user experience and safety measures.
- Stay current with industry standards and legislative changes affecting digital trust and safety.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on user engagement.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with online safety best practices and community guideline enforcement.
