Job Description

  • Manage a team of brand protection leads that handle external relationships with brands, brand agencies, brand industry associations, law enforcement and government regulators
  • Drive alignment with operations, legal, regulatory, and business teams to develop internal workflows and escalation protocols
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute meaningful initiatives to safeguard brand rights
  • Build and drive the brand protection for SEA and other emerging markets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and above in any discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of total experience
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience across brand protection, trust & safety, IP protection or Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
  • Candidates with trust and safety, security, law enforcement or consulting backgrounds can be considered
  • Good team management
  • Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work proactively, independently and reliably on multiple projects in a dynamic environment with a positive and energetic attitude
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Mature interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation, reporting, and consulting
  • Demonstrate experience in client relationships with C-Suites and senior management stakeholders
