Global Brand Protection Head

Job Description

Manage a team of brand protection leads that handle external relationships with brands, brand agencies, brand industry associations, law enforcement and government regulators
Drive alignment with operations, legal, regulatory, and business teams to develop internal workflows and escalation protocols
Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute meaningful initiatives to safeguard brand rights
Build and drive the brand protection for SEA and other emerging markets

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree and above in any discipline
Minimum 10 years of total experience
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience across brand protection, trust & safety, IP protection or Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
Candidates with trust and safety, security, law enforcement or consulting backgrounds can be considered
Good team management
Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-starter with ability to work proactively, independently and reliably on multiple projects in a dynamic environment with a positive and energetic attitude
Strong critical thinking skills
Mature interpersonal and communication skills, including presentation, reporting, and consulting
Demonstrate experience in client relationships with C-Suites and senior management stakeholders
