The Opportunity | Head of AI Innovation & Transformation
We are seeking a visionary leader to join as our Head of AI Innovation & Transformation. In this critical role, you will define and execute the artificial intelligence roadmap for our clients and markets, transforming how we leverage AI to deliver unparalleled customer experiences.

You will be the central link between our business objectives, client needs, and engineering teams, responsible for the entire lifecycle of our AI solutions—from initial concept to scalable, global deployment. The Responsibilities & Duties
Define, own, and execute the company's comprehensive AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI strategy. Drive our research agenda to ensure we remain at the cutting edge of AI advancements and apply them to create unique market offerings.
Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions, from requirements gathering and design to development and scalable deployment. Establish and enforce robust governance for our AI platforms and engagement models.
Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing, global team of AI strategists, data scientists, and engineers. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate closely with the business development and sales teams to design and pitch client-centric AI solutions. Serve as the primary AI subject matter expert for C-suite executives, key clients, and internal stakeholders, effectively translating complex concepts into business value.

The First-Year Objectives
Develop and present a comprehensive 18-month AI strategic roadmap to executive leadership, including key investment priorities and expected business impact.
Launch the first major GenAI-powered solution for a key client, establishing a repeatable framework for future deployments.
Build and scale a world-class AI Center of Excellence (CoE), fully staffed and operating under a clear governance model that accelerates innovation across the organization.

The Qualifications
BA/BS or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
10+ years of progressive experience in AI/ML, data science, or related fields, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
Proven track record of leading global AI initiatives from conception to successful implementation across multiple industries.
Expertise in creating AI roadmaps, designing AI governance frameworks, and establishing AI Centers of Excellence (CoE).
Deep practical knowledge of modern AI/ML, particularly in Generative AI (including LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and MLOps.
Strong background in AI-driven product development, go-to-market strategy, and monetization models. You must be able to connect AI solutions directly to business outcomes.
Solid understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and major data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, AI Act).
Established thought leadership in the AI community (e.g., publications, patents, or keynote speaking engagements at major conferences).
Experience in the BPO, IT services, or customer experience (CX) industry.
A strong network within AI research communities, academia, and tech startups.
