Monetization Integrity Ops plays a critical role in supporting TikTok's Trust & Safety objectives. Our primary focus is on delivering high-quality content moderation at optimal cost, ensuring minimal exposure of both the platform and advertisers to high-risk content.
From an advertiser's perspective, we are committed to driving consistency and accuracy in moderation outcomes, whether automated or human-led, so that brands can build trusted, long-term, and mutually beneficial commercial relationships with TikTok.

About the role
The Global Partner Success Lead will lead a team of Partner Operations Specialists to deliver operational excellence, manage complex vendor relationships, and implement structured governance and risk management practices. You will ensure smooth onboarding of new initiatives, optimize current processes, and drive measurable impact across global operations. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in a dynamic, cross-functional environment with frequent global travel (50%-70%).

Responsibilities
1. Partner Management Operations Strategy & Execution
- Own the operational strategy for partner/vendor engagements, ensuring smooth implementation of WFM, QA, Training, and other change initiatives.
- Devise scalable operating models, governance frameworks, and risk management protocols for assigned sites and lines of business.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements to simplify workflows and enhance scalability.
2. Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Manage complex vendor relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders to align on operational priorities and deliverables.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for partner/vendor performance and operational issues.
- Ensure adherence to contracts, SLAs, and operational standards across all partnerships.
3. Team Leadership & People Management
- Lead and mentor a team of Partner Operations Specialists, setting clear objectives and driving high performance.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven team culture in a global environment.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and career development support for team members.
4. Program & Process Governance
- Develop metrics, milestones, structured programs, and procedures to ensure successful day-to-day execution of partner operations.
- Establish governance standards for operational consistency, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
- Drive transparency and accountability through reporting and structured reviews with internal leadership.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication
- Partner with internal teams including Operations, Product, Policy, and Finance to ensure alignment on partner initiatives.
- Communicate effectively with leadership to present operational updates, recommendations, and escalations.
- Travel globally to partner sites as needed to ensure program execution and operational alignment.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing outsourced partner/vendor relationships.
- 3+ years of people management experience, leading teams in a global environment.
- Proven experience in Operations Management, Program Management, and large-scale transformation projects.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interacting with leadership.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in end-to-end sourcing, contracting, and vendor lifecycle management.
- Ability to analyze complex, ambiguous data to inform strategic decisions.
- Experience implementing operational excellence programs and scalable process improvements.
- Familiarity with global operational standards, governance frameworks, and risk management practices.
