About the Team
Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. Within Trust & Safety, our Law Enforcement Operations team (LEO), consists of the Emergency Response Team (ERT), the Child Safety Team (CST), the Law Enforcement Response Team (LERT), the Extreme Risk Operations Team (ERO) and the Intellectual Property Team (IP). These teams handle some of the most critical and time-sensitive operations on the platform.

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, highly-analytical, and technically proficient Quality Program Manager . In this role, you will work with other internal teams to design, build, and scale a next-generation Quality Assurance (QA) and Compliance program. You will be responsible for safeguarding our most sensitive operational workflows—including Emergency Disclosures to Law Enforcement, standard Law Enforcement Disclosures, Child Safety operations (including NCMEC reporting), Extreme Risk Operations (ERO) and Intellectual Property (IP) Operations

You will leverage AI, machine learning, and automation to build automated auditing systems that continuously assess our end-to-end operational workflows help to detect anomalies or compliance risks in real-time, and drastically mitigate business, legal, and regulatory risks.

Responsibilities
What will I be doing?
- Architect the Quality Program in collaboration with cross functional partners: Design and implement a comprehensive scabable global quality framework specifically tailored for high-risk operations (LERT, ERT, CST, NCMEC reporting and IP operations).
- Build Automated QA Tools: Partner directly with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to design, develop, and deploy internal AI-driven quality monitoring and auditing tools.
- Implement Anomaly Detection: Build innovative, scaled methods to detect and address quality warning signals across our end workflows.
- Mitigate Critical Risks: Proactively identify systemic vulnerabilities to prevent high risk quality failures that could impact the integrity of our operations and stakeholder trust.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis: Lead deep-dive investigations into quality failures or "near-misses," identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventive action plans.
- Create Data-Driven Insights: Build automated dashboards and reporting pipelines to provide leadership with real-time visibility into compliance health and quality trends.
- Maintain Feedback Loops: Translate automated QA findings into actionable feedback, partnering with Team Leads to update training materials, operational policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all quality processes strictly align with global data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR), legal frameworks, and child safety regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Quality Assurance, Operational Risk, or Compliance, with at least 3 years specifically supporting Law Enforcement Response, Child Safety (CST), Emergency/Crisis Response operations and Intellectual Property Operations
- Hands-on technical proficiency with data and automation; strong, practical experience with SQL and Python (or similar scripting languages) to manipulate data, write basic automation scripts, and interface with engineering tools.
- Proven experience working with or implementing AI/ML-driven tools, natural language processing (NLP), or automated anomaly detection systems.
- Proven ability to analyze complex information to assess threat, compliance, and operational risk.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Legal stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, training, and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical anomalies into clear business risks for non-technical leadership.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Law, Criminology, or a related quantitative/analytical field.
- Deep domain expertise in NCMEC reporting guidelines, global legal request processes, and emergency disclosure standards.
- Strong understanding of global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) as they relate to law enforcement data disclosures.
- Your ability to work in a high-tempo environment, adapt, and respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.
- Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.
