Location: Sandyford, D18 100% WFO (no possibility of WFH or hybrid)

Contract: Full-time role 40 hours per week (For internal applicants, the type of contract will remain unchanged)

You will be responsible for the quality assurance of Content Moderation whose role includes analyzing and reviewing user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content and/or investigating, escalating and/or resolving issues that are reported by users or flagged by the system. Due to the nature of the role, the individual and you may be exposed to flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns.

Content moderation is meaningful work that helps keep the internet safe. It may also be challenging, at times. In the context of this role, individuals may be directly or inadvertently exposed to potentially objectionable and sensitive content (e.g., graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious). Therefore, any role supporting content moderation needs strong resilience and coping skills. We care for the health and well-being of our people and provide the support and resources needed to perform their role responsibilities. Active participation in Accenture’s well-being support program, designed specifically for the Trust & Safety community, provides valuable skills to promote individual and collective well-being.  

In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.

Primary skill - Analysis and Reporting.

• Be able to truly understand data and conduct various critical Business analysis using industry standard Intelligence tools Support review, forecast, and trending of data from client Databases using SQL and create engaging data visualization.

• Reconcile live and historical data from different data sources to draw meaningful insights as needed by the business to serve as the key link between the business and the data.

• Responsible for data discovery and extraction, preparation of customized analysis reports, development, and maintenance of interactive dashboards.

• Focused on data exploration to identify trends to largely contribute to problem solving, decision making by preparing analysis reports based on performance metrics.

• Undertake ad hoc deep dive analysis and monitor KPIs with a view to create efficiencies.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and become an expert on processes automation to increase productivity.

• Promptly identify risks and issues in current processes to avoid problems in the future and find opportunities to create efficiencies across the service offering. 

In the context of this role, individuals will be exposed to potentially disturbing content, and will need a level of resilience and maturity. Due to the nature of this role, the post holder might regularly be exposed to and have to deal with stroboscopic effect images.

• Must be comfortable reviewing sensitive content including graphic pornography, violence, drug use, child abuse, etc.

• Majority of your time will be spent on general content music, sports, beauty, fashion, kids, etc. but you will come across some sensitive content on a weekly basis.

Basic Qualifications:

• Language(s) Required: English: As part of the interview process, you will be required to complete an English language test and a language test in the relevant language for this role. You will be advised of the level you are required to achieve to successfully carry out the role.

Requirements:

• Trust Safety Analysis and Reporting

• Qualification High School Diploma GED

• YOE 1 to 3 years.

As the Reporting Analyst, you will be hands on in performing business level process analysis using accepted tools and methodologies as well as delivering automation for process improvements.

You will be a key link between the Support Team and the data.

As the successful candidate you will be responsible for analysing, documenting, and proposing solutions to complex issues across Operations.

Expert in SQL and Database retrieval. Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Strong data visualization skills. Understanding of analytical techniques and tools.

Strong knowledge in MS Excel or Google Sheets and other business applications.

Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks and balance workload effectively against deadlines.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
