The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:

As Moloco continues to grow, strengthening our compliance posture across our GTM motions is critical. The GTM Program Manager, Compliance Programs will serve as the operational arm of our Legal & Compliance teams by translating policy into scalable, actionable processes across Sales, Product, and broader GTM functions.

A significant portion of our advertiser base operates in real-money gaming (RMG) and other regulated or high-risk categories. As we mature, we have an opportunity to work to derisk our ecosystem and this role will ensure we have the right audits, controls, workflows, and partner guidance in place to responsibly scale.

You will help codify and operationalize compliance standards, identify and mitigate risks, and collaborate deeply with Sales and Product to enforce policies, address violations, and ensure our ecosystem aligns with contracts, trade agreements, and brand-safety requirements.

This role is ideal for someone with a strategic operations mindset; analytical, structured, fast-moving, and scrappy. The ideal candidate can bring clarity and execution excellence to ambiguous situations.

The Opportunity:

  • Serve as the GTM execution partner to Legal/Compliance, translating policy into clear workflows, enforcement mechanisms, and day-to-day operational processes.
  • Audit and risk-assess our advertiser and agency portfolio, identifying gaps in licensing, market risk, brand safety, sanctioned geographies, and adherence to Moloco policies.
  • Codify and operationalize compliance frameworks—from risk scoring models to approval workflows, remediation paths, and ongoing monitoring mechanisms.
  • Partner with Sales to provide clear guidance, ensure adherence to trade agreements and contracts, and support enforcement actions where needed.
  • Collaborate with Product to implement guardrails, review data, and shape product changes that mitigate risk and ensure advertiser/platform safety.
  • Ensure seller incentive structures and account practices are compliant, fair, and aligned with company policies.
  • Support compliance with agency and client agreements, including follow-ups with major partners to ensure adherence.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination across Sales, Legal, Ops, and Product to proactively address risk areas and ensure consistent compliance enforcement.
  • Introduce automation and AI-driven tools (e.g., bots, workflows, analytics models) to scale monitoring of high-risk accounts or creatives.
  • Develop reporting, dashboards, and documentation that provide visibility into risk areas, enforcement actions, and compliance maturity progress.

How Do I Know if the Role is Right For Me?

  • 6+ years of experience in strategy & operations, GTM operations, compliance operations, policy operations, or similar functions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct audits, build frameworks, and interpret complex data sets.
  • Demonstrated experience in program management with a track record of driving cross-functional execution.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and build structure in undefined problem spaces; comfortable being scrappy.
  • Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills; able to break down complex risk areas into actionable workflows.
  • High level of maturity in communication and storytelling—able to influence leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • AI fluency with a bias toward leveraging automation to scale compliance processes.
  • Bonus: Experience in adtech, RMG, regulated markets, trust & safety, policy enforcement, sales operations, or agency management.
