[HCMC] TRUST & SAFETY ANALYST (CONTENT MODERATOR)

Position: Trust & Safety Analyst (Content Moderator)

📌 SCOPE OF WORK

• Review and moderate user-generated content to keep the platform safe and compliant with community guidelines.
• Review text, images, and media for policy violations and take action on harmful or inappropriate content.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases to higher management.
• Meet expected time and quality standards.
• Participate in continuous training programs to stay current on policy and platform changes.

💼 JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Nationality: Vietnames nationals only.
• Education: Minimum high school diploma (required); college education preferred.
• Language: English proficiency: B1–B2 (both written & spoken).
• Skills: Typing speed ≥30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Competency: Ability to handle sensitive/disturburing content professionally.
• Experience: Having Como experience is a high recommend.

⏰ WORK SCHEDULE

• Working days: 5 days/week (any 2 days off).
• Shift: Rotate 24/7 (according to the arrangement of the team leader).

💵 INCOME & BENEFITS

• Total Salary: 11,000,000 – 12,000,000 VND/month
• Base Salary: 7,500,000 VND/month
• Meal allowance: 500,000 VND/month
• Night shift allowance: 30% base salary
• Monthly KPI incentive: 900,000 – 1,200,000 VND/month (Depend on your performance)
• Probation Period: 2 months (Receive 100% salary in probation time).
• Join the insurance regimes according to the provisions of the Labor Law.

• 14 days of leave/year.
• 13th Monthly Salary.
