This role will focus on reducing and mitigating fraudulent activity within our products and building a robust, data-informed fraud prevention ecosystem. The Head of Fraud Prevention will be responsible for proactively tackling fraud across all of our products and services. ResponsibilitiesBuild and lead a cross-functional fraud prevention function at FlowcodeExtend and scale robust fraud detection systems and processes, with Engineering and ML supportImplement automated enforcement mechanisms for takedowns, account reviews, and remediation workflows.Work closely with Customer Support, Sales and Engineering to ensure alignment on fraud responseAct as an internal subject-matter expert and escalation point for fraud-related incidents.Offer guidance and leadership in monitoring and managing domain trust as it relates to SEO and web presence Build relationships with ISP and vendor partners to address fraud reports in near real timeStay ahead of evolving fraud trends and techniques; develop response playbooks and preventative frameworks.Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to monitor fraud trends and remediation effectiveness.Evaluate and manage third-party fraud prevention tools and partners as needed.Requirements5+ years of experience in fraud prevention, risk management, trust & safety, cyber security, or related fields, ideally in SaaS or digital platforms.Demonstrated experience building or scaling a fraud program from zeroFamiliarity with abuse prevention and mitigation in user-facing web productsExperience work with engineering teams on automated detection systems.Experience building relationships and leading delisting efforts with ISPs and security vendors for user-facing web productsPreferred Skills:Experience with platforms that host user-generated content or customer-facing web experiences (e.g., landing pages, site builders, etc).Experience with compliance and regulatory frameworks such as SOC2Knowledge of third-party risk tools
