We are looking for an experienced Integrity Manager who can lead, influence and innovate, while being hands-on and execution-focused in building and iterating capabilities to address the ever-growing breadth and complexity of integrity risks facing one of the world's most popular and influential online platforms.

You will build, leverage, and iterate a combination of enterprise tools and techniques, data analytics and forensic analysis to identify instances of system access/privilege abuse, fraud and corruption, and other operational risks and behaviours that compromise the integrity and proper functioning of Trust & Safety systems and processes, and play a material role in ensuring that TikTok becomes the world's most trusted platform.

Build strong relationships with global/regional stakeholders, ensuring regular communication of progress updates and changes, and fostering alignment across regions.
Actively analyze global/regional data, utilizing available tools to identify potential behavior issues, and present findings to relevant T&S stakeholders .
Independently investigate potential misbehavior cases using data tools, summarize findings, and present them to relevant stakeholders.
Lead the kick-off for global/regional projects, contribute to strategic planning for project launches, ensure project timelines are met, and conduct regular follow-ups to identify areas for improvement and strive for achievement.
Perform end-end case tracking and support incident management activities e.g. forensics with enterprise-level functions.
Advocate and inculcate a strong risk awareness culture across T&S departments.
