At OnGrid, we are focused on redefining and reimagining trust, safety, compliance, and accountability through our platforms, OnGrid, eLockr, and Gridlines. Having built these basic pillars of trust (and creating a profitable venture with 300+ full-time people in the process), we now want our imagination to be let loose and think of avenues never explored and executed in ways never implemented before.

We are looking for a sharp, intellectually curious Product Management Intern to help build the next generation of trust-based infrastructure. This is not a passive internship; you will be embedded within our product tracks, contributing to platforms that power digital identity, automated background verification, and data-led intelligence.

What will you do?

Requirement Synthesis: Partner with Product Leads to transform high-level business goals into detailed functional specifications and flowcharts.
Ecosystem Research: Investigate the regulatory and technical landscapes of the BFSI, Insurance, and HR-Tech sectors to identify white spaces for new product features.
Product Lifecycle Support: Facilitate the transition of features from design to development by managing backlogs and ensuring engineering teams have the necessary context.
User Analytics & Intelligence: Extract and analyze user behavior data to pinpoint friction in our integration funnels and propose data-backed optimizations.
Quality & Integrity Assurance: Execute meticulous User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure every release maintains the high standards of trust and accuracy OnGrid is known for.
Technical Liaison: Support the coordination between internal developers and external integration partners during the deployment of SaaS solutions.
Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field (Engineering/MBA preferred).
Strong interest in FinTech, Identity Management, or B2B SaaS.
Passion for technology, product management, and problem-solving.
Familiarity with logical modeling tools (like Miro or Lucidchart) and project management frameworks.
Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform product and marketing strategy.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
