About The Team
The Ecosystem and Governance Team focuses on content ecosystem governance of TikTok LIVE business. As the middle platform of TikTok LIVE, we are devoted to providing solutions and building capacities for ecosystem issues from a holistic perspective. Our ultimate goal is to provide our users with the best user experience, and to ensure sustainable development of TikTok LIVE business.

1. Monetization Risk Ownership & Threat Modeling:
- Identify structural vulnerabilities, gray-area exploitation tactics, and systemic blind spots across revenue-generating mechanisms.
- Translate ambiguous risk signals into structured threat models and mitigation roadmaps.
2. Governance Architecture & Escalation Design:
- Architect and continuously evolve the LIVE on-call and escalation ecosystem, ensuring high-signal triage and intervention.
- Design scalable process workflows, platform enhancements, and quality controls that reduce reactive firefighting.
- Establish decision-making frameworks for high-impact monetization risk events.
3. Proactive Risk Discovery & Pre-Emptive Controls:
- Build and maintain forward-looking risk discovery mechanisms, including seeded detection frameworks and stress-testing methodologies.
- Anticipate emerging abuse vectors and introduce pre-emptive controls before revenue leakage or policy circumvention occurs.
- Convert frontline insights into systemic safeguards.
4. Cross-Functional Risk Orchestration:
- Serve as the strategic connector between Product, Operations, Policy, Engineering, and regional teams to eliminate structural bottlenecks.
- Influence upstream product and tooling decisions to embed integrity-by-design principles.
5. Risk Intelligence & Metrics Strategy:
- Define and operationalize a comprehensive risk metrics framework to quantify known and emerging threats.
- Develop anomaly detection logic and leading indicators to surface early warning signals.
- Continuously measure control effectiveness and recalibrate governance mechanisms based on risk trends.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Trust & Safety, Risk, Fraud, Platform Integrity, Compliance, or related functions within digital platforms.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing risk controls or governance frameworks — not limited to executing predefined processes.
- Proven ability to identify emerging abuse patterns or structural vulnerabilities in complex systems.
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous signals into scalable solutions.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, Policy, or Operations teams.
- Sound judgment in high-impact, time-sensitive risk scenarios.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate trade-offs between business growth and platform integrity.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in live streaming, digital monetization ecosystems, payments, or creator platforms.
- Familiarity with monetization abuse typologies (e.g., fraud rings, incentive manipulation, coordinated behavior).
- Experience working in global or multi-market environments.
- Exposure to vendor quality governance or escalation system design.
