We provide dispute settlement services for a wide range of online platforms and their users throughout the European Union and beyond under the Digital Services Act, the ADR Directive and other laws in various languages.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Junior Dispute Adjudicator at ADROIT. The role is primarily located in Malta, where our offices are located with some flexibility on remote work. The Junior Dispute Adjudicator will be responsible for handling day-to-day dispute resolution tasks and decisions, ensuring fair and efficient outcomes for both users and online platforms.

Qualifications

• BA and/or MA/LLM in Law and/or Bar qualification
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in dispute resolution, content moderation, trust & safety or ADR is a plus
• Fluency in one or more of the following languages is a plus: Dutch, French, German, Italian, Maltese, Portuguese, Spanish or Polish
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of online platforms and digital technologies
• Valid work permit in the EU
