Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Dispute Adjudicator at ADROIT. The role is primarily located in San Ġiljan, where our offices are located, but offers some work-from-home flexibility. The Junior Dispute Adjudicator will be responsible for handling day-to-day dispute resolution tasks, ensuring fair and efficient outcomes for both users and online platforms.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in conflict resolution, content moderation, trust & safety or dispute adjudication is a plus
• Fluency in one or more of the following languages: Dutch, English, French, German, Italian, Maltese, Portuguese, Spanish
• Understanding of online platforms and digital technologies
• Legal background or certification in dispute resolution, law degree preferred
