Join the Future of Search: Junior Executive - Search Evaluator

Location: Masaryk, Polanco, Mexico City, Mexico (Onsite)

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: 11 am - 8 pm (8 hours + 30 minute break)


Be part of a revolutionary team that's shaping the way people search and interact with the internet! As a Junior Executive - Search Evaluator, you'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborate with a diverse team, and develop skills that will launch your career into orbit.


Role Overview: As a frontline specialist, you'll play a crucial role in assessing search quality, investigating user feedback, and improving our client's algorithms and search products. Your work will have a direct impact on the way people search and discover new things online.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Search Quality Assessment: Review and categorize "bad cases" to help search products and algorithms improve.
  • User Feedback Investigation: Analyze user search requirements through data and direct feedback.
  • Optimization & Risk: Provide suggestions for search result improvements and identify potential trust and safety risks.
  • Policy Application: Read and apply policies to daily evaluation tasks.
  • And, as you grow in your role, you'll have the opportunity to work on special projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop new skills that will take your career to the next level!


Required Qualifications:

  • No experience necessary! We're looking for fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow with our team.
  • Language: English Proficiency (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).
  • Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and ability to learn new platforms.
  • Cultural Knowledge: In-depth understanding of pop culture and Internet usage habits.
  • Commitment: Ability to work a 40-hour weekly schedule with a 1-hour turnaround SLA.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in search-related or Internet-related business (but not necessary!)
  • Background in content moderation or user feedback operations.
  • Heavy social media user (if you're always online, that's a plus!)
