Role Overview
We are seeking self driven, operations-first leader who can take ownership of daily service execution, partner onboarding, customer coordination, and process discipline. This role is perfect for someone who wants hands-on startup experience, loves problem-solving, and enjoys working closely with customers and service professionals.
You will learn the ground-up fundamentals of building a service marketplace in India.

Key Responsibilities

A. Service Fulfillment & Customer Coordination
Understand customer requirements & assign suitable service providers
Manage daily service requests, schedules, and follow-ups
Handle escalations & ensure prompt resolution
Maintain high service quality & customer satisfaction

B. Onboarding & Training of Service Providers
Source & onboard professionals for home services categories
Verify documents, conduct profile checks, explain work expectations
Conduct training on behavior, communications, hygiene & safety
Conduct/Facilitate skill training for required categories

C. Field & Ground Operations
Meet service partners & customers when required
Conduct surprise checks & performance reviews
Ensure standard protocols and grooming guidelines are followed

D. Quality & Process Improvement
Collect feedback & implement improvement loops
Maintain operational trackers & assist in building SOPs
Adopt tools & CRM systems for smooth operations

Qualifications
0–2 years experience in operations / customer support / supply chain management
Fresh graduates with strong leadership drive and people skills can apply
Preferable: Experience in staffing, hospitality, service sector, or early-stage startups
