Type of Support: Emails through Tickets

Contract Duration: Temporary - 60 days

Training Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm | Weekends off

Work Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm | Friday - Saturday off

Expected Start Date: February 19, 2026

The Role

Do you like helping others? We are looking for talented folks to join our Compliance Support teams. We have a range of opportunities available for people who have built a career in the customer support space and those looking to break into the industry. We are interested in matching your unique skills, experience, and interests with one of our many partners across a variety of industries including Edtech, eCommerce, Fintech, Health and Wellness, and more. What You’ll Do:

Deliver exceptional, friendly, and empathetic customer support via email to users of a leading LGBTQ+ dating platform
Help uphold the platform’s Community Guidelines by identifying and addressing policy violations with accuracy and sensitivity
Troubleshoot customer concerns using strong reading comprehension, critical thinking, and keen attention to detail
Navigate multiple tools and systems confidently across web, desktop, and mobile platforms
Work both independently and as part of a collaborative team to meet individual and team goals
Flag process inconsistencies and report them to Team Leads and management for continuous improvement
Partner with the Trust & Safety team to escalate sensitive or complex user issues for further review and resolution

Excellent time management skills; Punctuality and adherence to schedule required
