The Law Enforcement Response Team seeks a unique candidate who will thrive in an uncomfortably exciting environment, where innovation and curiosity are mandates, and long-term vision and thoughtful judgment are prioritized over corporate processes. As a manager, the person will lead a stunning team responsible for handling LatAm 3rd party criminal and civil requests. The position is based in São Paulo, Brazil, and reports to the Global Manager.

At least 5 years of experience in a legal ops, tech, or LER, including 2+ years of people management experience;

Experience managing law firms (vendor management)

Deep understanding of Brazilian and LATAM frameworks (LGPD, Marco Civil da Internet, CPP) and familiarity with international cooperation

Background in Criminal and Civil data disclosure - Global experience is a big plus

Technically savvy and comfortable with using and exploring AI functions and features;

Proficient in building complex bases and dashboards in Airtable, Zendesk, and/or other similar operational workflow systems;

Experience with operational workflow systems and project management that involves a high-volume, high-stakes environment.

Superior organizational skills, extraordinary attention to detail, and a mindset that processes can constantly be improved;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate and represent Netflix with law enforcement authorities - in Portuguese and English (Spanish strongly preferred);

Self-starter and fast learner who can work independently while using impeccable judgment;

Ability to work in an open, feedback-driven culture;

Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment with limited direction, balance competing priorities with a broad set of stakeholders, and manage several time-sensitive projects at once;

Able to make sound, timely decisions in high-pressure situations, balancing practical solutions with our legal and ethical standards;

Analytical and investigative skills, with the ability to review data, identify trends, and think strategically, but also to use good judgment to build scalable processes and escalate matters that require urgent attention;
