Amazon’s Account Integrity team (AIT) within the Buyer Risk Prevention (BRP) Org is looking for a passionate, results-oriented Manager, Program Management to manage programs than span across Account Security (Account Takeover Prevention, Product Analytics, Customer Experience, 50+ large and medium projects). We’re looking for a program leader that will take ownership and drive change in a dynamic global business environment for our operations teams. In this role, we're looking for a leader who can develop roadmaps for Account Security, work with relevant product and engineering teams to prioritize these roadmaps independently, drive needle-moving projects to make material impact on customer account takeover prevention. The role will work across various account types -- Buyers, Sellers, Vendors, Amazon Business to name a few. This individual must be eager to dive deep into processes and have a proven record of delivering process efficiency. The preferred candidate will have analytics skills, deep program management expertise, ability to work with technical teams, ability to communicate with executive audiences and a clear ability to delegate.
The Manager, Program Management will directly manage a team of 8-12 team members (Program Managers and Business Analysts) in the IN offices, and will report into an Analytics leader based of out Seattle. The role is accountable for the overall strategy of the investigations and prevention programs, successfully managing all stages from concept to delivery to show measurable improvements in customer experience, business metrics, and operational efficiency.

Key job responsibilities
• Build an environment for the Account Integrity Program team to deliver quickly while maintaining a high quality bar for security outcomes
• Drive daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly prioritization mechanisms for the Account Integrity Program team across multiple security workstreams
• Lead Program Managers and Business Analyst teams, effectively integrating both functions to deliver comprehensive customer account security improvements
• Excel at deep diving security metrics, customer incident reports, and threat intelligence while communicating areas of improvement with Product, Analytics, Operations and Machine Learning teams
• Communicate nuances in risk manager workflows to leadership and external stakeholders across different time zones
• Define and scope security programs or deliverables including writing Program Reviews, Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and multi-quarter roadmaps
• Execute process and program improvements through well-defined mechanisms that scale across global operations
• Take personal ownership of escalations and ensure resolution in a timely manner, serving as the escalation point for complex account security incidents

A day in the life
A day in the life of this Account Integrity leader is never routine. Your day starts with reviewing dashboard metrics showing real-time impact of recent security enhancements. You collaborate with Machine Learning Engineers to share latest insights that help them hone algorithms, present security strategies to Director-level stakeholders, and mentor Program Managers on cross-functional initiatives. Your evening might end might begin with a chat with your global team to align priorities before sharing sophisticated account takeover patterns that emerged overnight. Throughout, you balance tactical execution with strategic foresight, staying ahead of bad actors while protecting millions of customers.

About the team
Account Integrity's mission is to prevent bad actors from using the Amazon brand or Amazon accounts to harm customers, sellers, and the Amazon business. We do this by proactively preventing harm, while continuing to invest in industry leading Machine Learning for detection, and building customer experiences that raise the bar when we do need to take an enforcement action on an account. Basic Qualifications: - 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- 3+ years of team management experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working with data and leveraging analytics to make decisions Preferred Qualifications: - Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- Knowledge of SQL
- Master's degree
