Meta (IG/FB) account takedown specialist - Brand Protection and Online Enforcement
IC Media AgencyWe are looking for a Brand Protection & Online Enforcement Specialist with hands-on experience protecting businesses and brands across Meta platforms, particularly Instagram and Facebook.
Your main responsibility will be to identify, investigate, report and help remove fraudulent pages, impersonation accounts and unauthorized content that misuse or copy the brands we protect.
What we're looking for- Strong knowledge of Meta / Instagram reporting and enforcement processes
- Experience with impersonation and fraudulent account takedowns
- Use mass reporting (if necessary)
- Trademark and copyright infringement reporting
- Meta Brand Rights Protection / Rights Manager
- Evidence gathering and infringement documentation
- Escalation and takedown workflows
- Monitoring fraudulent or impersonating accounts
- Understanding of Trust & Safety and platform enforcement
- Ability to handle complex and repeat infringement cases
We're not looking for someone who simply knows how to submit a report.
We're looking for someone who understands how Meta's review, enforcement and escalation systems work and knows how to build strong, legitimate cases that lead to effective action.
Previous experience in Brand Protection, Trust & Safety, Online Enforcement, Anti-Counterfeit, Meta Enforcement or Online Investigations is highly valued.
