About the Role
As a Trust and Safety Wellness Counselor, you’ll provide on-site overnight support to a team of content moderators working in high-focus, emotionally demanding roles. Your presence helps create a safer, healthier work environment by offering brief, solution-focused interventions, facilitating group wellness sessions, and guiding resilience-building practices that support staff wellbeing during non-traditional hours.
This is not a traditional clinical role. While you’ll draw on your training as a licensed behavioral health professional, your work focuses on supporting mental wellbeing in the workplace — helping team members manage stress, navigate challenges, and access resources when needed.
Working closely with program leadership, you’ll contribute to a larger wellness strategy that prioritizes prevention, connection, and sustainability for those doing essential Trust and Safety work.
