Description

The Online Safety Legal Team is a team of dedicated professionals within Apple’s legal department who advise the business on online safety related harms, work to respond rapidly to customer reports of harmful content, liaise with law enforcement on imminent threats, review and report child sexual exploitation material “CSEM” to relevant law enforcement agencies, and partner with Apple’s Trust & Safety team to create and implement safety policies.

Minimum Qualifications

5-7 years of legal experience focused on online safety issues Familiarity with global online safety regulations, CSEM legal reporting requirements, and privacy laws JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar
