About the Role
Technoville Consultants is hiring on behalf of our client, Intro, a fast-growing LGBTQ+ dating app focused on creating a safe, authentic, and inclusive community.
We are looking for detail-oriented Operations Analysts to support user onboarding and verification, ensuring user authenticity and maintaining platform integrity.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor the Intro admin dashboard on a continuous basis
Review new and recently active user accounts
Verify users by matching profile photos with submitted selfies
Identify and remove fake, duplicate, or suspicious accounts
Flag and review low-quality or inappropriate profile content
Ensure names, photos, and bios meet authenticity standards
Approve verified users for platform features (e.g., Explore)
Restrict, escalate, or correct accounts that violate guidelines
Maintain high accuracy and turnaround time in reviews

Shift Requirements
US Time Zone (overnight in India) required
Requires all 7 days a week (includes weekends)

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)
1–2 years experience in operations, moderation, trust & safety, or QA
Strong attention to detail and pattern recognition
Ability to make quick, accurate judgment calls
Comfortable working with sensitive content
Good written and verbal English communication
