Job Title: Manager, Community Guidelines, Trust & Safety

Job Summary: Seeking an experienced and analytical Manager of Community Guidelines, Trust & Safety to lead the development, refinement, and operational enforcement of our platform’s community standards. In this role, you will be responsible for balancing user expression with platform safety, mitigating emerging online harms, and scaling enforcement frameworks.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Trust & Safety, policy enforcement, content moderation, risk management, or regulatory compliance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity
• Policy Expertise: Deep understanding of global online safety landscapes, regulatory trends (e.g., DSA, Online Safety frameworks), and the operational challenges of content moderation
• Communication & Judgment: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to exercise sound, objective judgment under pressure when handling sensitive or graphic content
• Education: Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with technical abuse vectors (e.g., automated spam, fraud rings, CSAM, misinformation campaigns)
• Experience managing vendor partnerships and multi-region outsourced operations
• Experience crafting transparent public-facing policy change logs, help-center documentation, or creator education resources
