Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all processes. This role involves managing teams, optimising workflows, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance productivity and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage operational teams to achieve performance targets.
Develop and implement effective operational strategies and processes.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify and drive improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Provide training and development opportunities to team members.
Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management.
Proven track record of leading teams and managing projects.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
