About the Job

We are looking for German-speaking Moderators, living in Denmark, to help keep the games we produce professionally supported and safe. If you have an interest in online games and you believe that our players should be able to have fun in a safe online environment, then please feel free to apply to join our dedicated and friendly Safety and Support Team.

As a German-speaking Moderator at MovieStarPlanet, your main tasks will be to ensure that the games we produce are professionally Moderated and Supported, so that we exceed industry standards and meet governmental online trust and safeguarding requirements. Ideally, you will have previous experience in Customer Support or Moderating online games for younger audiences. An interest in online games would be an advantage, but the most important aspect of the job is that you are dedicated, reliable and a great team-worker.

 

About You:

You are responsible, loyal and want to put a great deal of energy into the job and as a person you are quality driven and have a high level of self-discipline.

The position involves undertaking daily in-game Moderation tasks where you work as part of a dedicated and friendly team of Moderators and Support Managers. This provides a diverse and professional environment for the exchange of ideas in relation to maintaining a safe and fun online community for young people.

You will receive training and attend events in the company headquarters, but will be working from home most of the time. This means that you will have to be structured and possess excellent online communication skills. This position will include working evenings, weekends and during holiday periods. It would be favorable if applicants lived in the Copenhagen area, so they are within traveling distance of the MovieStarPlanet office.

Currently the workload is app.15 hours a week, with the possibility to work more hours after the training period. You will need to be fluent in German and English to apply for this position.

The corporate language is English.
