About Massive Blue

Massive Blue is a leading AI-driven digital defense firm. We deploy advanced agentic AI tools to Detect, Disrupt, and Deter emerging digital threats. Through our proprietary Prism and Strata platforms, we provide a protective shield for high-profile individuals and organizations, ensuring that illicit content and disinformation are neutralized with precision.

The Role

We are seeking a Consultant for Platform Relations to serve as our primary tactical envoy to major social media and messaging platforms. This is not a standard moderation role; you will be the bridge between Massive Blue’s AI-detected threats and the Trust & Safety (T&S) and Legal Operations departments of platforms like Meta, X, TikTok, Telegram, and Discord.

Your mission is to ensure that when Massive Blue identifies harmful or illicit content, it is escalated through the most efficient channels for immediate removal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Active Escalation Management: Manage high-stakes content takedown requests. Navigate priority escalation paths to remove illicit content (NCII, deepfakes, extortion, and IP theft) that standard reporting tools often overlook.
  • Relationship Coordination: Maintain and grow a network of working-level contacts within Global Trust & Safety and Legal Ops at major tech firms.
  • Tactical Execution: Translate Massive Blue’s "Detect" data into platform-specific policy arguments. You will ensure our reports are "high-signal," forcing platforms to prioritize our requests.
  • Policy Monitoring: Stay current on evolving platform Terms of Service (ToS) and global regulations (e.g., Digital Services Act). Advise Massive Blue leadership on how platform policy shifts impact our removal efficacy.
  • Integration Support: Work with our AI product teams to refine our automated reporting "agents" based on direct feedback and results from platform stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Relevant Experience: 5+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, Digital Rights, Legal Operations, or Brand Protection.
  • Platform Insight: Direct experience working within or closely alongside major social media platforms (e.g., as a Trusted Flagger or in a Policy role).
  • Technical Proficiency: Understanding of digital forensics, hashing (PhotoDNA), and how AI-generated content is categorized by automated moderation systems.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Working knowledge of the DMCA, Section 230, and jurisdictional nuances regarding content removal.
  • Agility: A "fixer" mindset—the ability to pivot strategies quickly when a platform changes its reporting interface or policy overnight.
Why Massive Blue?
  • You will join an elite team of tech and security veterans. This is a role for someone who is exceptionally well-organized, understands the "language" of Big Tech, and wants to use their expertise to protect people from digital harm.
