Responsibilities
Trust and Safety is paramount to our platform's integrity and the well-being of our users. The Regulatory, Risk and Program Management team sits at the heart of T&S, ensuring we navigate complex global regulations, manage critical risks, and execute strategic initiatives with precision and efficiency. The Group Program Management Office (PMO) is the engine driving operational excellence, cross-functional alignment, and the successful delivery of high-impact programs across the T&S landscape.

We are actively seeking an experienced candidate to manage critical business priorities. A proactive self-starter with a strong background in project management and the ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders across various functions and time zones. The ideal candidate should bring a sense of humility, curiosity, excellent communication, and relationship-building abilities to the team while contributing to strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:
- You will play a crucial role in driving complex priorities that align with T&S key objectives.
- Project Management: Taking ownership of precise project timelines, maintaining project roadmaps, reporting on progress, documenting meetings, and tracking vital project documents. Anticipating and addressing potential blockers and issues proactively.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrating strategic thinking in workload prioritization and ensuring timely escalation of issues to leadership.
- Stakeholder Relations: Building and nurturing relationships with teams throughout the organization, becoming the primary point of contact for selecting external stakeholders.
- Manage cross-department high-priority projects at TikTok Trust and Safety and push for change management to support the company's long-term business objectives.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Project Management: Proven expertise in direct project management or related roles and ability to take initiative and meet deadlines under minimum supervision.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, coupled with an unwavering commitment to detail.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills including the ability to collaborate effectively, build relationships, and work seamlessly with diverse, global teams across multiple time zones.
- Stakeholder Management: High proficiency in guiding and aligning multiple stakeholders toward desired outcomes.
- Adaptability: The capability to thrive in ambiguous environments, make informed trade-offs, work independently as a self-starter with minimal supervision, and manage a high-volume workload efficiently.
- Strong data analytics and business analytics skills, with a strong strategic thinking mindset and structured thinking skills; able to break down ambiguous problems into clear, actionable analysis.
- PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or other relevant certifications.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in tech strategy, consulting, investment or related areas.
- Experience in fast-paced organizations, with a preference for candidates who have experience in large, complex global organizations.
- Deep curiosity, with a strong desire to understand and synthesize "how the dots connect"; a lifelong learner who is always asking questions.
- Experience working with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks related to online safety and content moderation.

Job Information
【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $135000 - $307200 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
