Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
Experience in content policy, anti-abuse, or reviewing online content.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with SQL and spreadsheets.
Ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners across geographies.
Ability to use data to drive strategy and business action.
Excellent influencing, communication, and problem solving skills, and excellent business acumen.

Responsibilities
Support Detection teams in Engineering and Product, providing expert calibrations on policy verdicts. Research and stay up-to-date on trends in policy abuse and relevant events across local markets, working with other teams to integrate our intelligence intake and driving our enforcement response in emerging areas.
Manage escalations and calibrations for the policy vertical and ensure all incidents are triaged, tracked, investigated, resolved and communicated accurately.
Oversee policy understanding for the vertical, including leading quality of scaled enforcement, by effectively managing the feedback loop with vendor teams from documentation to consistent communication back to vendor teams.
Review graphic, controversial, and sometimes offensive video content in line with YouTube’s Community Guidelines.
Work non-standard, on-call rotation work hours occasionally.
